Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

• reservation cancelled 1 day prior to the date of arrival / free of charge
• if the guest does not cancel the reservation in time, or in case of no-show / price of 1 night per person will be charged
• if the guest is unable to check in at the hotel before 20:00 / in the event of late arrival, the guest must inform the hotel
• if the guest does not announce a late arrival, the hotel will act according to business requirements

CHECK-IN: from 14:00

CHECK-OUT: until 12:00
